It is the bidder’s responsibility to inspect the item and the listing pertaining to said item.

Each potential bidder is responsible for his or her own independent inspection.

Payment must be received within 3 business days after the conclusion of the auction.

The buyer will receive an Invoice from UC - Gilworth Real Estate and Auction VIA the email the  buyer provides to Auction Time at the time of registration.

No item can be picked up or shipped until the item is Paid in Full. All shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.  All items must be removed within 14 calendar days of the auction. Any item not picked up or shipped within 30 calendar days of the auction will be RESOLD and no refund will be returned to the buyer.
